Intelligent EV Diagnostics with MaxiFlash VCMI

The MaxiSys 909 EV offers all the advantages of the MS909 together with a new generation of intelligent diagnostics focused on electric and hybrid vehicles. The MS909 EV enables comprehensive system evaluation through advanced topology mapping and battery block analysis. These operations can be carried out via the OBD port or directly on the battery block using the supplied special adapters and jumpers. The MS909 EV display provides detailed graphics and clear step-by-step connection instructions to ensure safe testing. It allows fast analysis of the EV high-voltage system, including the ability to read and clear codes and view live data. It also provides comprehensive diagrams and illustrations of high-voltage blocks, components and connections, along with guided disassembly instructions. The state of charge and state of health of the battery are analysed to achieve the most accurate assessment of its real condition. Battery block analysis can be performed either via the OBD port while installed or directly on the HV battery when removed. A cloud-based data manager stores customer and vehicle data, scanner information and technician notes.
